Program
Floater/Transitional Coach (Job
ID# 10098884):
Energetic responsible, caring individual needed to work
with DCF youth. Duties include group/individual behavioral
management, life skill/vocational training, academic
support, counseling, transportation, meal/snack preparation,
planning and carrying out recreational activities.
The person in this full time - 40 hour per week - position
must be very flexible and available at the last minute
and must be able to work any shift on any day. The work
schedule will change based upon the needs of the programs.
Transitional
Living Coordinator - Plainville, CT (Job
ID# 10098882):
Responsible for the day to day operation in a PASS Group
Home at our Plainville location, including, but not
limited to, the planning and implementation of daily
schedule, daily reporting of program operations to the
Director of Group Home Services, assisting and supervising
Transitional Coaches, resident case management, monitoring
interactions between staff and residents, monitoring
behavior system, monitoring therapeutic needs of residents,
assisting with the communications between residents
and DCF Personnel, assuring safety, structure and consistency
for the residents.
Second Shift Position - Wednesday through Saturday
Life Skills Paraprofessional
- Waterbury, CT
(Job
ID#10098883): Caring
individual needed to provide transportation, meal preparation,
clerical duties,and maintenance of the physical location
for a Community Based Life Skills Program in Waterbury,
CT.
This position is 10 hours per week as defined by the
needs of the life skills class. Qualifying candidates
must possess a Public Safety License prior to hire.
