LIfe Skills coach

The Life Skills Coach will facilitate the Community Based Life Skills (CBLS) program with youth in a one-on-one setting to help develop and enhance each youth’s capacity in essential life skills.  The youth in this program are currently living in foster homes and are looking to transition successfully into adulthood.

Per Diem; 4-20 hours per week
$18-21/hr; Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience.

Case Coordinator

Case Coordinator is responsible for the intake, screening, assessment, case management, service and discharge planning for young women.  S/he will facilitate groups and will collaborate with staff to ensure that the individualized needs of the residents are being met.  Case Coordinators will work closely as a team within the program and regularly collaborate with the Program Director, Care Manager and Vocational/Life Skills Manager. S/he will ensure that the tenets of a strengths-based, relational, trauma-informed, gender responsive and culturally competent approaches are maintained within the program and services offered, and will perform all related duties as assigned.  This is a per diem position with a possibility to become Full Time.
$16-20.75/hr. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education
